Processing Time

Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing before shipment. During product launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Handmade products are made in small batches to ensure quality and freshness.

Shipping Rates

We currently ship anywhere within the United States.

• Flat Rate Shipping: $6
• Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS depending on package size and destination.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Sovereign Suds is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact your local postal carrier first.

Damaged Orders

If your package arrives damaged, please email us within 3 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged item(s)
• Photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and work with you on a replacement or refund if eligible.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Sovereign Suds is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.

Warm Weather Disclaimer

Some products may soften or melt during hot weather while in transit. This does not affect product quality or performance. If needed, allow products to cool to room temperature before use.
